Petanque - Bowls

Petanque is a sport in which:

a) 2 players play against 2 players - Doubles. Each player uses three (3) boules.

b) 3 players play against 3 players - Triples. Each player uses two (2) boules.

The game is played on any ground with dimensions 4 m x 15 m. Variation down to 3 m x 12 m is allowable.

Playing time

• Duration of preliminaries and knockout games: 50 minutes plus one additional jack.
• The final games are played to 13 points.
